Refund policy
To make a return, follow the steps below:
Refund, less restocking fee, is available for a return authorized by us on or before the 30th day from the ship date. For returns authorized on the 31st day through the 60th day from ship date, LTH™ is pleased to provide a Merchandise Credit to apply to future purchases. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from ship date. Any product returned without prior authorization will be subject to being returned to you at your cost. No returns will be accepted on Custom Ordered Products, electronics, closeout/clearance items.
Please note merchandise must be unused and uninstalled. Processing time for returns and refunds can be up to 10 business days depending on the customer, carrier and banks.
Return shipping is covered by the customer and the return is subject to a 18% Restocking Fee. This covers repacking and inspecting.
- Visit our Return Warranty & Repair and fill out the form according to your needs. We do not accept return requests over social media platforms, phone calls or email. Attempted submissions outside of the online form will be disregarded.
- You will need your proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) and photos of the product to confirm it has not been installed. Photos of mating surfaces for opened items to ensure it has not been installed.
- Ensure your products are in new condition; those that are not will not be accepted. Damaged/installed products will be returned to you at your cost or discarded after 6 months*.
- If approved for a return, you will receive an RMA number from our team. Take your package to your carrier or choice and ship it to the address below.
Your RMA number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper return processing. As well as contact details and information regarding the return, inside the package. Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of product and delay your refund.

All returns for products purchased through a distributor should be taken up with the distributor.
*Following US Customs standards for abandoned packages (Title 19 | Chapter 1 | Part 127) you will have 6 months to claim your package before it is discarded.
