Returns, Warranties & Repairs
To make a return, follow the steps below:
Refund, less restocking fee, is available for a return authorized by us on or before the 30th day from the ship date. For returns authorized on the 31st day through the 60th day from ship date, LTH™ is pleased to provide a Merchandise Credit to apply to future purchases. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from ship date. Any product returned without prior authorization will be subject to being returned to you at your cost. No returns will be accepted on Custom Ordered Products, electronics, closeout/clearance items.
Please note merchandise must be unused and uninstalled. Processing time for returns and refunds can be up to 10 business days depending on the customer, carrier and banks.
Return shipping is covered by the customer and the return is subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This covers repacking and inspecting.
- Fill out the form below according to your needs. We do not accept return requests over social media platforms, phone calls or email. Attempted submissions outside of the online form will be disregarded.
- You will need your proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) and photos of the product to confirm it has not been installed. Photos of mating surfaces for opened items to ensure it has not been installed.
- Ensure your products are in new condition; those that are not will not be accepted. Damaged/installed products will be returned to you at your cost or discarded after 6 months*.
- If approved for a return, you will receive an RMA number from our team. Take your package to your carrier or choice and ship it to the address below.
Your RMA number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper return processing. As well as contact details and information regarding the return, inside the package. Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of product and delay your refund.

Warranties and Repairs
LTH™ prides itself on the production of quality parts. All of our parts come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship or materials for the original purchaser only for the production lifetime of the product. Items must be sent in for inspection for either repair work or full replacement under our structural warranty program. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover non-LTH™ parts. Any claims with non-LTH™ products should be filed with the manufacturing company. You must provide us with a copy of your invoice or sales receipt as proof of purchase. To submit a warranty claim, follow the steps below:
- Fill out the form below according to your needs. We do not accept warranty inquiries over social media platforms, phone calls or email. Attempted submissions outside of the online form will be disregarded.
- You will need your original invoice from LTH™ or an authorized retailer, along with photos of the product defect.
- If your warranty is approved, you will receive an RMA number to attach to your package for tracking purposes.
- If approved for a warranty, take your package to your carrier or choice and ship it to the address below.

LTH™ is not responsible for or the cost of uninstalling or reinstalling the product needing warrantied. LTH™ is also not responsible for or the cost to rent a customer a vehicle while LTH™ repairs or replaces the warranted product. In the event that a defect occurs, LTH™ will repair the item. If the item cannot be repaired LTH™ will then replace the item. Shipping and handling charges to LTH™ will be covered by the customer, shipping and handling charges from LTH™ will be handled by LTH™ if the part is deemed warrantable. Any shipping/duties incurred by the customer prior to determination will not be reimbursed. Any discontinued products or items no longer in production will not be warranted. This includes products such as the Standback, Full Control Flash, and all other electronic or software products.
*Following US Customs standards for abandoned packages (Title 19 | Chapter 1 | Part 127) you will have 6 months to claim your package before it is discarded.
