Order Processing
LTH Long Tube Headers will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email including a copy of your invoice and the tracking number for your package. Please make sure that [email protected] is not blocked by your email provider. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via FedEx. If you would like a quote for shipping please contact us. Your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value of your order. These fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient not LTH. For more information on these fees and taxes, please contact your local Import/ Customs authority. All Long Tube Headers parts are tested for perfect fitment on USDM spec vehicles. Some international vehicles may have differences that impose fitment issues. Fitment is not guaranteed on non-USDM vehicles. LTH is not responsible for errors in pricing on this web site. All prices are in USD and are applicable to the United States of America only.
Sales Tax
Customers that reside in or have items shipped in the state of Maryland are subject to the state sales tax of 6%. Customers that reside in or have items shipped in the state of South Carolina are subject to a sales tax percentage based on your zip code.
Returns
All returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee. Before any product is returned, please contact LTH by email or phone. Please note merchandise must be unused. After submitting your request for a return product should be sent to: Long Tube Headers Invoice#: 6802 Mid Cities Ave Beltsville, MD 20705 Your invoice number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper return processing. As well as contact details and information regarding the return, inside the package. Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of product and delay your refund.

CARB Approval
Long Tube Headers parts are manufactured for off-road use only. None of our parts carry CARB approval and should only be used on off-road vehicles.

Warranty
LTH prides itself on the production of quality parts. All of our parts come with a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials for the original purchaser and for the production lifetime of the product. Items must be sent in for inspection for either repair work or full replacement under our structural warranty program. This lifetime warranty does not cover non LTH parts. You must provide us with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. To submit a warranty claim, send us an email. We cannot handle warranty claims by phone.
LTH Warranty only applies to parts purchased from one of our Authorized Retailers. Any permanent modifications to LTH products will void the warranty. This includes permanent modifications that do not obviously or directly affect a future issue with product. If there are questions on this, the owner should contact LTH prior to modifying the product at which point LTH may offer to do the modification themselves in order to keep the warranty valid. LTH is not responsible for or the cost of uninstalling or reinstalling the product needing warrantied. LTH is also not responsible for or the cost to rent a customer a vehicles while LTH repairs or replaces the warranted product. LTH is not responsible for any alleged damage to your vehicle as a result of using any LTH product. In the case of a product that arrives damaged or missing parts, customer must notify LTH within 2 business days of receiving the product. In the event that a defect occurs LTH will repair the item. Shipping and handling charges both to and from LTH will be handled by the customer. If the item cannot be repaired LTH will then replace the item. Any discontinued products or items no longer in production will not be warranted.
